Live Willow Capital is a boutique advisory firm founded by Natasha Collins, a Canadian Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in strategic business advisory, mergers and acquisitions, innovation consulting, and executive-level project leadership.

Natasha began her career at Deloitte, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, where she developed advanced expertise in corporate structuring, financial governance, and advising high-growth companies. Her background includes advisory leadership across the full business lifecycle, from startup growth and capital strategy to corporate development, exit planning, and public market transitions.

Throughout her career, Natasha has advised on transactions exceeding $900 million. She has also guided numerous private companies through the complexities of going public, offering strategic counsel on investor communications, regulatory compliance, and market readiness.

In addition to transactional work, Natasha serves as a strategic advisor to a wide range of clients across North America. She works directly with founders, CEOs, and boards of directors to provide comprehensive advisory services in business planning, organizational strategy, operational scale-up, and partnership structuring. Her approach combines financial acumen with strategic foresight to help companies navigate growth, risk, and change.
